What You'll Need:
• V5C Logbook (or proof of ownership)
The V5C logbook shows you’re the registered keeper of the vehicle. If you’ve lost it, no problem! We can still scrap your car, just let us know, and we’ll help you through it.
• MOT certificate and service history (if available)
If you have an MOT certificate or service history, they help us value your car. No MOT? No issue – we buy vehicles in any state. Share what you’ve got, and we’ll take it from there.
• All four wheels must be on your vehicle
All four wheels have to be on, your vehicle must be able to roll freely and accessible for a truck to gain access front or back.
• Any remaining finance must be cleared beforehand
Any finance on your car, like a loan, must be paid off first. Check with your lender to clear it and get confirmation. We’ll guide you if you need help with the process.

Can I scrap without the logbook?
Yes - but as it's previous owners responsiblity to notify the DVLA of the ownership change which applies to scrapped.
When will I get paid?
Money is usually transferred within 2 buisness working days.
Do I need to tell DVLA?
Yes - it is the previous owners reponsiblity. COD is on request, call the office if required.
Will you collect my car if it doesn’t start or has flat tyres?
Yes! We accept non-runners and vehicles with flat tyres or missing parts. Just let us know the condition when booking so we can send the right recovery vehicle.
Can I still scrap my car if I’ve lost the keys?
Yes, you can still scrap your car without the keys. We only reduce the price for missing car parts.
Do you collect vehicles from private property or driveways?
Yes, we can collect your vehicle from private property, driveways, garages, or even roadside locations. Just ensure there's clear access for our recovery team, and we’ll handle the rest.
